Finding and booking a class

You can browse published openings without a Standby account. When you continue to studio checkout, we record the opening ID, a random request ID, the time, and the channel label on the link, if one is present. This measures checkout clicks, not confirmed reservations or unique people. Click records are counted for 30 days and older records are removed when new checkout clicks are recorded. We do not collect your name, payment details, or WellnessLiving login for this flow.

Booking takes place on WellnessLiving, under the studio’s and provider’s privacy terms. Your final booking, membership eligibility, payment, and cancellation are handled there.

Studio accounts

Supabase manages the owner’s email, password authentication, and sign-in session. Standby stores the owner’s name, studio profile,published and draft class details, channel sharing marks, owner-entered roster counts, and workspace activity. Secure cookies keep owners signed in and refresh their session. Verification and password-reset emails are delivered through our configured email provider. Published class details, the studio’s name, and its location are public. Drafts are private to the studio account.

Studio owners can export their workspace data in Settings. Records are retained in the installation’s database until removed by the operator. Hosting infrastructure and authentication services may also retain operational request logs and security information, including IP addresses used for abuse prevention. Bot verification may be provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. The pilot operator controls database access, backups, and requests for account deletion.
