Booking with your studio.

How Standby works

Standby lists upcoming classes supplied by participating studios. Browsing does not require a subscription or Standby credits. Class bookings and payments are completed through the studio’s WellnessLiving checkout.

Availability and prices

Studios check the class details, drop-in price, and available space before publishing. Availability is not automatically synchronized. Viewing a listing or clicking through does not hold a spot. Your final price, eligibility, any additional charges, and availability are confirmed in the studio’s checkout. Only the studio’s booking confirmation reserves a place.

Changes and cancellations

Use the studio’s booking confirmation or contact the studio to change or cancel a reservation. The studio’s cancellation, refund, waiver, and attendance policies apply. Standby does not collect class payments or issue refunds.

For studios

Publish only classes you are authorized to offer. Keep the listed price and booking destination accurate, and unpublish a class when it fills or is canceled. Publishing in Standby does not change prices or inventory in WellnessLiving. Listings stop accepting checkout clicks 15 minutes before class. Checkout clicks are not verified bookings or revenue.

Studio owners can register with a verified email address. Standby currently charges no platform fee. Any future service pricing requires a separate agreement.
